Ryan Radtke has been an exclusive buyer's representative with Keller Williams Realty since 2004, and has assisted more than 50 clients in finding their ideal home. Ryan is a 2004 graduate of Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska where he played Division 2 baseball and earned his B.S in Sports Management. Ryan grew up in Lino Lakes and currently resides in Maplewood with his wife, Leah. As a life long resident of the Twin Cities, Ryan possesses the knowledge and familiarity to assist buyers in their metro area home search.
In order to stay up to date of the most current listings, Ryan previews multiple homes a week and reviews the MLS listings daily in search of new homes and price reductions. When working with Ryan, clients will also be working with leading mortgage professionals to ensure the best financing available for their individual needs. Ryan is experienced in negotiating bank owned and foreclosed properties, as well as new construction, for sale by owners and MLS listed properties, making him a well equipped agent for clients ranging from inquisitive first time home buyers to experienced investors.
Ryan is licensed in the State of Minnesota and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and St. Paul Area Association of Realtors (SPAAR).
