Deb exclusively works with the clients of The Hartmann Korby Team as a Marketing Consultant for over 4 years.  Deb's main objective involves working with Seller(s) in preparing and marketing their home

In preparing the home, Deb's job is to showcase your home by highlighting the home's strengths, downplay its weaknesses and appeal to the greatest possible pool of prospective buyers.  Deb can assist in creating the greatest buyer intereset and remove any objections they may have upfront, so they are "Wowed!"

The best way to do this is through decorating and staging techniques from simple home decluttering to renting furniture.  Deb will provide written room by room analysis of the best tips and tricks to increase buyer interest.

In marketing a home for sale, Deb's job is to showcase the home in its best light in both print and web media via quality photography, professional full color post cards and flyers, and detailed and inviting descriptions of the property.

Deb's previous experience involves 7 years in the visual communication industry as a Senior Graphic Designer.  Deb conceptualized and designed utilizing trend art and forecasting future trend contributing to creating high end consumer product for blue chip clients; Target, WalMart, and Herbergers.
